Our customer support centre in Market Deeping supports our field based engineers with technical back-up, parts support and most importantly first class manufacturing of our in house solutions.
Our service vehicles are fully equipped mobile workshops stocked with commonly used replacement parts tailored to suit the products sold within a geographical area to ensure very high first time fix rates and maximum product uptime for all our customers. The service vehicles are also fitted with the most up to date vehicle location systems enabling Advanced Handling to give accurate site attendance appointments to all of our time critical customers.
